Jay SchwartzCoffey is a longtime supporter of human rights in Latin America.  He is the Vice President of Finance at Earthjustice, the US environmental law organization. Jay joined the Peace Corps right after college and developed a love for Latin America through his work as an Economic Development Volunteer in Honduras.  He continued to pursue his passion of supporting human rights work after completing his MBA as the Director of Operations and Finance at the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA) and then as the Deputy Director of Finance at Human Rights Watch.  Jay enjoys helping great organization’s improve their planning and decision making through board and committee service both nationally as well as near his home in the Bay Area of California.
