
Estefanía is a sociologist and cultural manager. Within Skylight she acts as the International Volunteers Coordinator of VIVX and is also part of the Solidarilabs AfroColombia network, which unites activists, cultural managers, filmmakers, social leaders and human rights defenders in Colombia, to generate new narratives and practical approaches for the successful collaboration of collective actions.
She has supported and led some sociocultural processes and projects for artists, managers and musicians, from consulting, project design and the production of cultural and educational events. She worked as manager of Curupira, a musical band from Bogotá. Along with the musician Daniela Serna, she produces and hosts the Totona Power Podcast, a Totona Power Fest project, a platform that seeks to learn about, disseminate and promote feminist musical ecosystems. Estefanía is still a music lover and researching the contribution of women to Colombian music and exploring the social impact of muralism in communities.
